HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?
We have 3 ways to help you with Fundraising for your Cause: 

1. We create customized no-risk travel packages that will earn top $$ at your fundraising events:You never pay us for a trip unless it sells at your event! Our packages can include private jets, limousine service, personal chefs, cooking classes, wine tours, and other upscale amenities. With our Patron Support Program, you have the opportunity to provide continuuing funding year-round. We can provide a Free "Cruise Auction Fundraiser" web site for your organization.

2. We setup group cruises from 16 to up to1,600 guests, on any cruise line to any cruise destination: Although all of the cruise line programs are different, typically they will make a donation to your organization for each cabin sold. If you have at least 30 guests (15 cabins) they will provide a Free cabin you can raffle, auction, or use some other way to increase your fundraising dollars.

3. We provide cruises as an incentive for a raffle or as an incentive for a walk, run, blood drive or other event:  A cruise is perceived as a much better "prize" than cash, gift certificates or almost any retail item.

We are the philanthropic arm of Milestonecruises.com and Cruises Inc. Since 1981 we have sold cruise vacations from all of the major cruise lines and many small specialty cruise lines to our clients. We now also provide weekly Luxury Villa rentals from our partner, Villas of Distinction. We rent Villas in the Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, Tahiti, and Napa Valley.

Our trips are meant as a supplement to the normal free trips you receive from companies, patrons etc.You will probably not receive a free cruise from anyone - so we created this way to help you without you having any $ costs, and only the manual cost of adding the trip to your silent or live auction.

As a result, Make-A-Wish will be able to grant 10 wishes for children with life-threatening medical conditions.

We provide a "Minimum bid" amount we need to pay the supplier. (Cruise line, Villa or land management company).
You can markup our minimum bid amount to any amount you feel comfortable with to insure you make a decent profit from the sale.You can usually sell multiples of the same trip if you have guests in a bidding war for a trip in a live auction – just verify with me ahead of time.
 
Although our discounted trips may be offered for a specific date at a special price for your event, we will work with the winning bidders if they cannot actually travel on that date, and find them an alternative. We try to make the actual trip 6 months to a year after your event so the winners have plenty of time to plan. The winning bidders always have the options to upgrade to a different stateroom or room, or add guests if available from the cruise line or the land tour company.
 
Winners can usually give the trip to someone else to take the trip as long as they provide notice at least 3 months in advance or before we confirm everything with the cruise line or land property. We try to customize the trips for your event to fit with your theme or to provide trips which will appeal to the patrons who will attend your event. We can provide trips for under $1000, or Luxury One-of-a-kind trips for over $100,000.00. A NOTE ON AIRFARE
We may include round-trip airfare on some trips, however in our experience including generic airfare can substantially increase the cost and reduce the amount of money you net from the auction sale. Many auction winners have frequent flyer points to use, have flight discounts from relatives or friends working for the airlines, may have access to private jet services, or may use their auction trip as part of a business trip in which the airfare is already paid. We help the winning bidders find the best promotional airfare available before their trip and these airfares are almost always a fraction of the cost of generic fares purchased as part of an event package.
